Sometime I must ask someone with a faith whether they know the purpose of sleet. BTW meant to say we had the worst freezing rain in a decade or so here in northern England at the start of the month - the semi trailer that overtook me and then weaved around a gritter on the "freeway" was to be found a couple of miles up the road, cab resting on the armco, trailer across lanes two and three... a couple of dozen spin-outs on that stretch over the next hour or so. Been nearing records for warmth ever since...
