Speaking of flooding, I guess New Orleans is gonna get his pretty hard, but thanks to the Gov't. messing with Hurricane Isaac (Tropical storm my ass) it won't be very strong. It would easily be a full fledged Hurricane by now, I don't think its the so called dry air preventing it from strengthening, I think there is something else man made influencing this large tropical storm.
