OMG, really he will just lie there and let it snow on him? (I hope he has shelter!!!)
I know our horses won't come in from the rain but this is extreme weather conditions. Overall a gorgeous weather shot but please make us feel better about that poor dog :)

He's probably warm with that thick coat on, but it still looks kind of bizarre..It's not a pile of leaves that looks like a dog is it????

A WOW pic!!!...that wool rug he's wrapped up in is keeping him warm as toast...it'll turn into one huge puddle of water if he comes in and sits by the fireplace, LOL!

What a patient pup you have there! Seems like he knows that the snow is just what's happening at the moment, won't get in the way of his enjoyment of the great outdoors. Love this image!

Wonderful winter time capture.

Better give the pup a big bone for helping.

Congratulations on your AC.

RELAX EVERYONE! This dog lives a life to die for... She's outside to cool off from heat of the fireplace! This is a goldendoodle and they love the cold.

Had an offer once to spend the summer overseeing a ranch in Texas and winters doing the same in Montana. This picture illustrates why I turned it down - just too dang cold when you get north of Austin. 10 from me.

What an outstanding composition, and of course every picture is better with a dog in it!! :) Wonderful!!

I had a Samoyed that wouldn't use his dog house unless it was below zero. I never knew which mound of snow was him until he sprang out of it. :)

About MossMountain
MossMountain I have been a photographer, both professionally and as a hobby, for 35 years. I shoot with a Nikon D200 and three "antique" fixed length Nikon lenses that I could probably no longer afford to buy. As a professional I specialized in sailing and sailing boat racing and worked as a freelancer for many major magazines. I currently live on the edge of Glacier National Park, one of the most photographic places on earth, and have gone back to taking pictures just for the sheer joy of it.
