Looks like this house owner taking no chances, what with the spring tides, strong winds, and rain we have been having no wonder. A lot of the roads in this area have been flooded by the sea, seaweed in places knee deep, this is the River Ems, a normally placid stream going to sea,just before the next rains came, in late afternoon watery sun.
