I'm not much for cities, but clearly recognize august majesty when I see it! The sky, replete with wonderful and varied cloud forms, plus the mighty river, distant hills/mountains, foliage, and the city steeped in history, all combine to make this a picture postcard scene, one made memorable by your laudable skill with a camera!
