KATIA AND NEW SYSTEM'S POSSIBLE!
Posted by: TampaSpin, 11:16 AM GMT en Septiembre 05, 2011 +1
Hello everyone! Katia does not appear to make landfall in the ConUS if the Models remain as they are but, a close call to Bermuda will be coming! Katia is approaching a Major Hurricane! The New England area needs to still monitor the progress of Katia and Bermuda should begin a process of a Major Hurricane Landfall.

Also, we now have pretty good agreement on a tropical system forming near the BOC in about 5-7 days off the Yucatan. The left over Low Pressure by Lee in combination of a wave moving through the Caribbean and crossing into the GOM could develop. Models are in fairly good agreement on something forming. Where would it go is hard to say as some take the possible system toward Florida while my gut would tell me this just might be the Texas rain maker for a change. Lets watch how the models handle this the next couple of days!

Elsewhere a new wave is being monitored off the West Coast of Africa and Models have also picked up on that also to possibly develop. Its just this time of year!!!
