It's May already?

Yea, I am alive. Can't believe it's already another semester. Where did the first third of 2013 go?

Well, I'm alive, diving deep these days and coming up for air very infrequently.
Angel is getting BIIIIG.. everyone else is doing well. I'm just busy over my ears.

End of Spring semester marked the half point to finish the current degree. This semester (summer) is busy as one is a 6 weeks class with heavy assignments. The other is pretty intense too. But... I'll be over before I know it :)

All the horses are well, even the old girl is kicking up her heels from time to time :)

Added a new feline population to the barn. Two boys. A gray tiger w/ white feet DSH and a sandy-peach colored Siamese(?) tiger mutt. He's an interesting character.
Horses watch chick and kitty TV, chicks watch horse TV (get too excited over kitty TV) and the kitties watch whatever channel plays (including deer and others).

Attempts to add another bunch of bitties to the flock so far have been unsuccessful this year. May have to wait till it gets closer to winter. Sigh.

Happy 2013!

Nothing much to say other than, I'm back to work since yesterday after a few nice days off.

Had some pretty good lesson last night, a nice way to start my New Year's riding :) Rain on the way, so probably no working the big boy tonight.

My wish for this year is that politicians will turn more intelligent and work together more. Divided we fail. A lesson the ancient Romans learned the hard way but one, Americans, esp. politicians, have either...

Is it mid-December already...?! I hope everyone is doing well. I'm okay and coming up for air every so often, but diving deeply right back into work again.

Good grief, I can't believe there's been 3 months I don't remember where they went. I s'pose time flies when y'er having fun?

Around here, all is well. Angel is not always so angelic, but still a good pup. The rest of the critters are doing well. I lost one BPR hen (no visible reason), but ...

It's been a long time, hasn't it?

Well, it looks like the last entry was in April. Lots of things have happened. Many that have taken more time than anything else to get me through.Thank you to everyone who checked on me. I'm sorry I haven't been much on WU, a comment here or there when I had a moment to check the weather and a picture caught my eye. But never the peace to sit down and write another blog entry.Let's start with April: I did finish the degree, got the entry in the graduation listing, ...

Okay, I'm back. A week late, a dollar or two short, and MIGHTY unhappy w/ WU. For the past week, not a day, not two and not just one computer or browser, but a whole week on four different browser/computer combinations, WU just HATED me. Said, I can't log in.
