A little salt, a little pepper, and some fire usually will do the trick.
RTL,
The bubbles, as you call them, (cute expression btw) comes from the beans. The Burn comes from the chilis. I usually prefer a little more burn and less bubble.
ROFLMAO
At my age bubbles are the way of life now! :)
Its the burn I can no longer handle! :)
And on that note, I have to start the yellow rice now.
Back after dinner.
My thinking as well.
But I will add a few drops of lime, and a little olive oil, and put the filets in a hot grill for 10 mins or so.
Some large redskin potatoes on a skewer in the oven, and a portion of green beans steamed then sautéed in oil with some garlic.
That ought to earn me some Points, eh ??
heheheheh
I had a witty reply to that, but wrong blog.
Pottery,
Sounds good to me!
Ylee,
Well, I had peanut butter and crackers for lunch, followed half an hour later by Ramen, so don't feel too bad. I think I'd rather have the peanut butter than a burger out of a machine.
Hey, I love PB&J's. Have to have Grape Jam though, or Strawberry Preserves, or Peach Preserves, or Orange Marmalade, or Blueberry Preserves, or even Philly Cream Cheese, it actually goes really well on a Peanut Butter Sandwich.:)
Big glass of Choco Milk of course, and some Cheetos on the side, or maybe Potato chips, or if you get the big Freetos Scoops you don't even need the bread, just scoop up some PB with one scoop and some grape jam with another one, Wa La, PB&J Freetos. Yum Yum.
Ever tried PB and Bananas? Not bad at all. Need a few Vanilla Wafers on the side of course.
Hmmm, I think its time for my Peanut Butter Pecan Brownies with a scoop of Maple Walnut Ice Cream on the side.
Be back later. :)
I like my sandwiches best with nothing but extra thick peanut butter. No jellies, jams, cream cheese, or jalapenos! :)
Take good care.
Dream sweet peanut butter dreams!
But for me, it's a sort of middle-of-the-morning-thing.
On toast, with whatever kind of sweet jam is lurking in the fridge. Guava is best!
Supper was Good.
Going to sleep early, so y'all have a Fine One.
And don't do anything I wouldn't....
Hood, some Nasty Stuff approaches from the South.
Stay dry!
Have a Good Friday.
The early birds are up already, so, how are the worms this morning?
66*F here in Macon, headed for 90 something.
Need to start on the Mulch again this morning before I start to wilt.
Little ones are coming over at 1230 hrs and spending the afternoon with us.
I think playing in the sprinklers will be the afternoon activities.:)
Hope it is a good day for you all.. no time right now to read back and see what
mischief you have been getting into lately! :o)
happy weekend!
Slept like a rock last night. Wish I could figure out how I did that.
Playing in sprinklers is the order of the day huh? Sounds like a good plan, just no electric guitars and take it easy on the knees.
Now, I have to go over the the weather center, look at the Sat loops, and see what new mischief Pottery has cooked up in his kiln...
Nice to see you're smiling face around here. Lets see...I don't think you missed a whole lot. Mainly much talk about moving garden products about, hacking at plants, and what's for dinner...and frequent sneezing.
Wide Mouth Mason
Sorry so long getting back. Busy day with lots of catching up to do.
About to start supper.
Chicken and yellow rice.
chicken and yellow rice sounds good to me!
enjoy your weekend!
Enjoy!
You too!!!
If we could bottle the energy a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old have we could power the earth for years!
I don't care what time of day it is, I'm going for a nap. :)
Have a great night, see you in the morning.
Rest well...you've earned it!
(see you at 2am :o)...)
Take good care friends.
See you tomorrow!
I am trying to stay on topic this late :)
Wow, 0830 hrs, 62*F, had coffee and Apple Fritters already, SugarBear is in the garden planting new flowers that came UPS yesterday, I had best get out there and do another 20 bags of Brown Mulch before the temp gets to 91 today.
91* on April 28th, crazy.
Monday is supposed to be 95*.
Thats really crazy. :)
Will check in later.
OSS,
Oh, yeah...the topic! Almost forgot.
Haven't heard Marshall Tucker in a while. You had to dig pretty deep to come up with that one. Thanks!
Early half of the week was rough, and yesterday was busy as a result, but it's over now and looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Hope yours is good!
RTLSNK,
That's insane! Waaay above our forecast highs. South Florida is getting wet at least. We've got a slight chance over the next few days.
You've had a long week. Hope you take the opportunity to get some rest and sip some lemonade.
Both back in the house before 1100 hrs lately.
Was nice and cool to get started though.
Finished the butterfly garden today.
Only 40 bags of Brown Mulch left to go into the landscape area but not on Monday in 95*.
Wed will be soon enough! :)
Daughter and team flys back from Haiti tonight to Atlanta at 1845 hrs.
Should be home by 2130 hrs!!!!!
Time for a nap.
Just wanted something to help RTL wake up later!
'Course I can not listen, type and think all at the same time. Read somewhere that actually no one can really multi-task.
Then I enjoyed "Don't Come Around Here No More"
Hope you didn't mean that!
I'm comin' back to listen anyway.
Just wait till I find out who was playing music while I was taking a nap.
Oh, by the way, heads up Dude. :)
Can feel the wind it's sucking in though.
