Ok, so I weighed myself on New Year's Day....144 pounds...that means that I have gained 20 pounds in 2 years after 2 back surgeries...time to lose the weight!
I've already lost one pound...not doing Atkins...just cutting calories....and exercise....
I also posted this on Facebook, to help keep myself accountable for my weight loss....
