Beautiful comfortable night and feels so good this morning.Heating up into the upper 80's this afternoon, but humidity still is comfortble, but tomorrow will be a different story,Very hot and humid and will have to watch the possible forming of storms that may turn severe as a cold front approaches. Then we turn warm and comfortable for most of next week.
The Yankees are in town for four games before the all star break next week. After a horrid roadtrip out west,we sure need a good thrashing of the Yankees, but I fear that may be the other way around. Two teams going in opposite directions, and so many injuries on the Redsox.

To me, last night's pleasantly cool but dampish feeling temps made my joints ache a bit. Other than that, I seriously can't complain about this past weather week!! I'm sure there are very many people, living outside of the West and East Coasts, who'd just love to trade places with us right now. I would think our Mass. tourist trade should be booming right now.
I recently saw, on other reliable weather sites, that extreme drought in the U.S. has greatly increased or spread from last year and will probably affect the rising cost of produce in grocery markets even more. Pretty soon our monthly food bills may match our individual monthly mortgages if this keeps up. Corn growers will also have a difficult time creating enough, if any ethanol to be added to current gasoline mixtures. Actually that may be good, as recent increases of ethanol additives (from 10 to 15%)has been proven to show serious corrosive effects to engine parts of older model cars, boats, etc. culminating in expensive repairs. It's always the way ... isn't it?
On a sports note, I don't think I can watch the Yankees hammer the Red Sox in their upcoming games at Fenway. Unfortunately, the Red Sox management waited too long, then traded too fast, some of our more experienced players. It seems ever since Youkilis was traded to Chicago, Boston's gone downhill while Chicago has produced more wins. Not a sound strategy. LOL!
Hope you and yours have a decent and safe weekend ahead. I'm hoping that any possible serious t'storms sweeping in tomorrow will entirely miss or skirt by us all!
I agree, not sure how much I will watch the games this weekend.I may watch tonight unless it gets out of hand, and I'll be oncall this weekend as well as working on my home project so won't have a lot of time to watch them, which is probably a good thing.
At least some relief from the heat is coming for those out west of us,but there doesn't look like much drought relief. Wonderful news to see another thing in our lives forcing prices to go up.
Have a good night all.
