Weather forecast for the Bay Area shows rain in the forecast.
There will be a 20-30% (WU) 40-60% (TWC) chance of rain next Wednesday to Saturday. This month we has 2/5 inch of rain and we are below average in rainfall by a fifth of an inch. Usually we get around 3/5 inch of rain in May (Picture below)

Despite the mid-60s in Late May. This is not the coldest on record. Temperature went as low as 60 in 1999. The rain on Wednesday to Saturday will bring it up to average next week.

Blank Sun
Where have all the sunspots gone? As of yesterday, May 19th, the sun has been blank on 52% of the days of May. Has deep solar minimum returned? No. Occasional long spotless days streak are a normal part during the ascent to solar max. Expect some new sunspots to appear soon.
