Another change in the weather showers the order of the day, still warm, calm, threat of thunder later on in the day, similar conditions expected for the remainder of the weekend.
Emily reporting in she is on the road from Quispam, having spent a few days on the mainland. Rob now working at M.G. FISHERIES, seems to be getting up on time, even prepared to get moving this morning without a little coaxing. His love interest on Safe Grad trip to SIX FLAGS, returning today.
Another week remains in the Lobster Season, catch reported to be a bit better this past week or so, probably not enough to make up for the downturn of the past several weeks. No herring news don't believe any twine on the weirs on the front of the island, a few have gone to market from back of the island.

Cody doing well in a highly competitive area of learning it seems, great to see he has stuck his head in a positive way.
As I mentioned Rob doing whatever with M.G., crating lobsters, meeting the boats, assisting in loading rockweed, good weather, young folks and hard labour seems to work for now at least.
God knows there are more than a few photos around of this past week, now all I have to do is remember how to put them on this thing to post them. Don't hold your breathe waiting for it do be done, will require a wet Sunday and being alone to accomplish it I am sure, might good just don't retain things for long periods, especially around this medium.
Have a good one.

We have no rain thus far - but I am praying for it! Some of the lower leaves are falling off the apple tree as all are starved for some moisture. Hate rain on the weekends but I will take anything we can get.
Cody got a call from the garage where he did his practicum inquiring as to how he did on the provincial exam. He stated 'he thought he did well' and they said 'great - then we will see you on Monday for work? He is jumping up and down and trying yet again not to jinx himself. They said they would have to do some pay maneuvering until he got his test results and thus his license, but after that would be on the payroll. They have LOTS of work.
So, if all keeps on an even keel things are looking pretty good so far for the kids.
Going to do a few things before rain??? hits.
Have a good one and I will look forward to a picture whenever you figure it out. Trust me I am in the same boat - I just keep slogging along until I get some results and I pick all the IT brains that come through the door - which there seems to be a lot.
Have a good one. Word. Chunks.
