A bit of drizzle still evident, but attempting to clear abit. Total calm, temp 5C, expected to make it into the double digits. Grand looking day for tomorrow and into mid-week.
Attempt to be made to get the spring cleaning of the yard a little more advanced, or that is on my TO DO LIST, a.k.a. YES DEAR.
A few boats in the harbour doing their thing, price has taken a small bump upward to $5/lb range. Catch up and down for most boats, one catch seems to be on the upswing, next haul back to the reality of fishing, not so good as the last haul, seems has alway been thus.

Just wanted to pop in and wish you a happy Saturday Rob. Does Donna have the petunias in her window boxes yet? Hope you get lots done today.
A bunch of IVFD volunteers spent today in the classroom learning the ins and outs of safe firetruck driving. Tomorrow we have the actual road test, so to speak. Lots of small orange traffic cones and away we go.
We did get a load of fresh bait in today. It came from Canada but not sure from your area of NS.
I am sorry to hear of the lost fisherman this past week. Sometimes it seems that when your time is up, it is up. Commercial fishing is full of potential problem areas and disasters but I would still rather do this then spend a lifetime living in suburbia fighting traffic each and every day of my life. My condolences to his family and friends.

It is totally not looking good for the viewing of the Super Moon tonight. Don't know about you but we have had heavy cloud cover all day. Heavy mist this a.m., (that is temporarily not happening now) - but looks like could commence again at any given moment. We have zero wind - so nothing to move the cloud cover.
Keeping fingers crossed that it might happen yet. Blarg.
Hope your day was awesome and that Ems made it to Quispamsis okay. Traffic was a bit nuts today for some reason.
Went to Fredericton yesterday and managed to take the one street that was apparently holding a riot of some sort. There was hundreds of people in the middle of the street waving placards and chanting something in front of the Centennial Building. This brought on a herd of police - sirens screaming to get out of the way. (Where in the hell was I supposed to go I am not sure - both lanes of traffice jammed up and nowhere to get over???) Then just when I called daughter, on cell when driving, we started to move so had to hang up so wouldn't get a ticket. Daughter thought I had got murdered or something. Never a dull moment whilst driving in Fredericton.
Anyway .... have a good one. Word. chunks
