My contest is for location of landfalls...Who ever get's the closest will get a similar virtual trophy! This will be decided at the end of the 2009 Hurricane Season. Who's the most accurate?

My predictions - Closest landfall to Tampa area in 80 years. I believe the western GOM this year will be void of activity and there will be no landfalls from Texas to southern Mexico. This is not including the Yucatan Pennisula. The bull's eye area this season will be from Florida to North Carolina.

9 HURRICANES
3 MAJOR HURRICANES (CATEGORY 3+)
1 CATEGORY 5 HURRICANE.
