... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11 am CST
* wind chill values... 18 to 25 degrees.
* Impacts... persons and animals that are not protected by the
low wind chills can be subject to hypothermia. There is a risk
of frost bite to prolonged exposed skin.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite if precautions are not taken. If you must venture
outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and gloves. Several layers of
clothing will insulate you better than a single coat or jacket.
