...A cold Thanksgiving then some light snow...

Overnight temperatures will be well below zero as skies remain clear tonight. Winds will increase and become southerly overnight with wind chill values in the Devils Lake basin in the 20 to 30 below range Thanksgiving day morning. Clouds will increase during the day with a band of snow developing in central North Dakota. This band will move into the Devils Lake basin in late afternoon to early evening then continue east into the Red River valley and northwest Minnesota. Accumulations of 2 to 4 inches of snow is expected by Friday morning.
