Much of the rain will be light...but areas of locally heavier rain can be expected across north central Virginia...including the western suburbs of Washington DC. Visibilities here may be reduced below 1 mile at times. Rainfall will average a tenth to two tenths of an inch through noon...but locations that receive heavy rain may tally as much as a half inch.
