Thursday...
* dense fog will reduce visibilities to as low as a few hundred
feet at times this morning. The low visibility will pose a
significant hazard to boaters.
* Rain will develop this afternoon. The rain may result in some
improvement in the visibility... though visibilities will
probably still be under a mile at times... and continue to pose
a hazard to boaters.
* Northeast winds will be on the increase today. Sustained
northeast to north winds to 30 knots are expected tonight and
Thursday.
* Waves will build to 4 to 7 feet by late evening... and continue
at 4 to 7 feet through Thursday.
