* Wind and waves: during the Small Craft Advisory... expect
sustained winds up to 23 knots from the north with gusts up
to 27 knots. The largest expected significant waves will be 7
feet with a potential maximum wave height of 10 feet.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 4 PM EDT Thursday
with the largest waves expected around 5 PM EDT Thursday.
