Synopsis For Baffin Bay To Rio Grande Out 60 Nm-
Synopsis
High pressure across northern Mexico will continue to build and move east through tomorrow. Conditions will gradually change as the gradient along the coast strengthens increasing winds Thursday and Friday. Expect close to Small Craft Advisory conditions into Thursday with stronger winds and building seas. Deep tropical moisture from Tropical Storm Barry is expected to remain south of the Lower Texas coastal waters at this time so no significant convection is anticipated. However an isolated gusty shower or thunderstorm can not be ruled out Thursday afternoon.
